This open, modern resort building, only ~35 minutes from the center of Belgrade, is a real escape to a luxurious idyll and nothing "noisy" except the horizon that is in front of you.

VIP Skyline offers its guests a unique idea of ​​style, composed with elements of the exterior and contents of the guest villa - so it provides the scenography you need for a comfortable vacation or a place to celebrate and stay with your loved ones. The property is raised in a cascade in the intimacy of its borders, while the lower part of the plot is covered with a vineyard, which creates additional character.

The main part of the exterior is certainly the spacious guest plateau, in the center of which there is a swimming pool with a mosaic trough, a shallow-end part, a sitting element in the water, as well as additional content of smaller dimensions. Next to it is a meticulous lawn under the canopy of trees. There is also a summer lounge zone under the pillars and with a roof covering system that provides shade during the summer days. A dining table with chairs, garden furniture for relaxing and, of course, deckchairs under umbrellas are part of the villa's range. Enjoy the charms of summer time, which in the night hours are transformed by the starry sky, toasting with a glass of wine or specialties from the grill available to you.

Villa VIP Skyline is a place to realize your idea of ​​fun and gatherings in the conditions of absolute nature and a luxurious property, so it is suitable for family stays, team building, bachelorette parties, intimate celebrations and all types of rentals that are related to the object. In the living room, the facility can host up to 20 people.

When it comes to the interior of the villa, it is precisely the combination of marble, light colors and stylish minimalism that exudes elegance that is striking. The villa has a spacious living room with direct access to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen with an island, and two modern bathrooms with showers. There are three bedrooms with hotel furnishings, two rooms have a double bed, while the third room has two single beds. The total sleeping capacity of the villa is - 6. The building is air-conditioned, the entire part of the villa is open to the garden of the property, and it also has TV facilities and a Wi-Fi signal. Apart from availability, ie. close to the city itself, there is also a parking area, which makes staying at the property even easier.
