Vinea Lux House is a luxury villa for rent in Iriga, intended for guests who want complete comfort, privacy and space to rest or celebrate special moments, whether they come with family, friends or as part of private events. The villa has been carefully designed to combine relaxation and fun - in the spacious yard there is a swimming pool ideal for summer days, as well as an outdoor grill and enough space for socializing and being outdoors, while the interior offers a modern ambience with a wellness area that includes a sauna, jacuzzi and a special massage room. Vinea Lux House has a total of 7 bedrooms equipped with double beds, two spacious living rooms, one with a corner sofa, and the other with three sofas that can serve as additional space for rest or accommodation, which makes the total sleeping capacity for 14 + 2 people. It also contains 7 fully equipped bathrooms, which ensures a high level of comfort and functionality even when fully occupied. The facility is also suitable for families with children, with a baby cot provided, and the entire area provides ideal conditions for a peaceful vacation, as well as for organizing celebrations, birthdays and private gatherings in a discreet and luxurious atmosphere. Over 750 m² of interior space is available on a plot of 955 m².
The house is energy sustainable (A+), equipped with a modern smart management system. In the yard there is a swimming pool with salt water and heaters, with a prepared area for barbecues and outdoor gatherings. The garage has an electric charger.
On the first floor there is a winter living room, suitable for retreat and silence. It leads directly to the sauna, massage room, jacuzzi and exercise area. The sauna has a separate shower. The massage corner is intended for treatments in a home atmosphere. The exercise area is equipped with basic equipment, and the open area next to it is suitable for yoga or stretching. There is also a study room - discreetly located, with a view of the garden and pool, equipped with a library and a desk.
Whether you come for peace, celebration or work in silence - here you will have all the conditions to be present, without hurry, without distraction. You are welcome to use this space as your own - relaxed and at your own pace.
