Weekend Estate is a spacious mountain corner that, in the appearance of the house itself, as well as the part of the estate to which it belongs, exudes a traditional mountain ambience. Despite this, everything inside the house as well as the facilities around it invite a modern holiday that is ideal for family gatherings, getaways with friends and even a romantic gesture for everyone who wants it.
The property's yard is spacious, equipped with furniture for sitting and enjoying - so this property is equally suitable for winter and summer holidays.
The villa is integrated in the style of Kopaonići resorts, so even though it is traditional in the exterior and interior of the house, it is also modern enough equipped for all needs. The house consists of a living room with dining room and kitchen, bathroom located on the lower level. There is also a fireplace for a pleasant stay, as well as several corners of the room adapted for conversation and enjoyment. There are two bedrooms on the first floor of the house - one has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. It is possible to fit a cot for the youngest. There is a sofa bed in the living room, so the total sleeping capacity is 6 people.
The surroundings are rich in natural features, springs and hiking trails, which is just an added decoration of the healthy atmosphere of Kopaonik.
