Vila Vidik
About accommodation
Villa Vidik is a luxurious one-story villa located on the top of Koviona hill, the highest point between Avala and Kosmaj, only a thirty-minute drive from the center of Belgrade. Surrounded by nature and completely isolated from its neighbors, this villa offers a unique feeling of peace, privacy and complete relaxation, ideal for escaping from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The villa is located on a spacious cascading plot of over 20 ares and is designed so that each level offers a special experience. It has two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a kitchen island, as well as a large terrace with a spectacular view of Kosmaj. The interior exudes warmth and comfort, with carefully selected details that contribute to the feeling of luxury and comfort, and the private sauna provides an additional atmosphere. In one bedroom there is a double bed (with a cot if necessary). There are three single beds for children available in the second bedroom. With a corner sofa in the living room, the villa can accommodate 3 adults and 3 children.
On the next level there is an impressive swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters, surrounded by sunbeds and related facilities, as well as a summer kitchen and showers, which makes this space perfect for enjoying the warmer days and organizing outdoor gatherings. The Lower Cascade offers additional facilities for an active and fun stay, including a basketball court as well as soccer fields and a separate suite with a large corner sofa that can serve as an area for lounging, watching movies or playing video games. The villa is only intended for family vacations, while certain types of celebrations are allowed with the consent of the owner.
Villa Vidik represents the perfect combination of luxury, nature and privacy, ideal for family gatherings, vacations with friends or as an exclusive destination to escape from everyday life.
