Villa Slatine is a stunning beachfront retreat, with a private heated pool, spacious roof terrace and access to a shared gym. It is located just 10 meters from the pebble beach in the town of Slatine, on the island of Ciovo. This modern villa offers luxury and peace, just 7 kilometers from the historic town of Trogir, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The villa covers 300 m² of living space, with an additional 100 m² of roof terrace, on a property of 1000 m². The villa has three floors and can host up to 12 people, with six bedrooms with double (king-size) beds, each with its own bathroom, LCD TV and elegant furniture.
The outdoor area includes a 24 m² heated swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue and an alfresco dining area. The ground floor combines indoor and outdoor space thanks to glass walls that connect the courtyard with the interior. Inside there is a spacious living room with a corner sofa and an LCD TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and a kitchen island, as well as a dining room. On this level there is also a quiet bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, as well as a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a double bed and private bathroom. Two bathrooms have shower cabins, while the third has both a shower and a bathtub. Large windows offer a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea. The second floor offers additional living space, including a second living room, two en-suite bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, kitchen island and dining area. The balcony with barbecue and dining table is an ideal place for gatherings. The roof terrace is the highlight of the villa, providing 100 m² of private space to relax, sunbathe or enjoy a drink with panoramic sea views.
This fully air-conditioned villa is equipped with wireless internet and modern conveniences, including an induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and high chair for children. Guests also have access to a shared, fully equipped gym within the resort.
