This modern building is an integral part of the Danube coast, in the Banoštor settlement, only ~30 minutes from Novi Sad, i.e. ~1.20 hours from the direction of Belgrade.

Villa Simfonija Banoštora is a representation of the estate with a guest house of 180m2 as well as additional external elements. The property's garden is bordered by its privacy on all sides, and the neighborhood is rich in greenery and dense trees. Apart from the level on which the modern magnificent villa with a view of the river is located, the center of the yard is a cascade, on which there is primarily a pool with crystal water and a modern beach plateau. Here, guests can relax on deckchairs, chairs, in the shade of an umbrella or directly under the open sunny sky during the summer season. The night lighting and the position of the villa offer unforgettable moments with the closest ones under the glow of the stars. There is also a summer utility building with a barbecue and a summer kitchen - which is equipped with a cooling device and a coffee machine. There is also an outdoor shower that is a practical element of the yard. This part of the property can be rented out separately when it comes to daily residences.

Villa Symphony Banoštora is an excellent choice for a family stay, intimate celebrations/celebrations under your direction, corporate team-building or an escape with loved ones outside the city. The building is suitable for hosting up to - 70 guests during the day, upon additional request.

The villa is made up of two levels and is fully equipped for most guest requirements. The building has a terrace at the very entrance to the ground floor, while on the first floor of the villa there is another balcony with garden furniture. The ground floor of the villa consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms inside the entire villa, each with a double bed - while one room has a pull-out sofa, and one has a sofa bed. In the living room there is a bed for one guest, and the total sleeping capacity of the villa is - 11. The villa also has a sauna that is available to guests, and in the living room there is a fireplace that creates a winter idyll when it is in use. Pets are allowed under your supervision, and a parking area is available to all guests.

Important to know

Strict observance of the agreed time of entry and exit from the accommodation. The object must be left in the same condition in which it was found. Small pets are allowed and are the responsibility of the owner.

The rental price includes 11 bar tables, as well as basic decoration.

During the daily rental, it is not possible to use the house.

Live music is allowed in the facility until midnight.

Guests under the age of 21 can only stay with their parents.

During the winter season, the maximum capacity is 8 people.
