This exclusive villa is located on the largest island of the Dubrovnik archipelago, just an hour's ferry ride from Dubrovnik, and is ideal for those who want to experience the tranquility, authenticity and beauty of the Adriatic coast at its best.
In the spacious yard surrounded by greenery, there is a large private swimming pool with deck chairs and an open view of the valley and the sea. Whether you're enjoying the quiet of the morning with your coffee or a glass of wine under the starry sky, this space is made for relaxation. The summer kitchen and grill invite you to dine al fresco, while the terrace is ideal for family gatherings and long, lazy afternoons. The entire estate covers more than 7000 square meters, offering complete privacy and peace.
The interior of the villa is spread over three floors and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests. A total of five bedrooms have been carefully arranged to meet the needs of different guest structures. On the first floor there are two smaller rooms, each with one single bed and an additional pull-out bed - perfect for children or younger guests. There is also a third, spacious bedroom with twin beds (two single beds joined together), which has its own bathroom with bathtub and shower. The loft houses two elegant master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private en-suite shower room. All rooms are bright, air-conditioned and decorated in a combination of natural materials and neutral tones, which add to the feeling of peace and comfort.
The living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor, in an open concept that encourages living together and enjoying everyday moments. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The villa also has private parking, internet, washing machine and all the facilities needed for a longer stay.
