Welcome to the Villa with pool Istria - Amara, an exclusive holiday haven in the green heart of Istria, designed for complete peace, comfort and enjoyment. This elegant villa exudes warmth and carefully chosen details. It is only 25 minutes away from Pula and Rovinj, so the sea and beaches, as well as the atmosphere of the city, are at your fingertips.

In the luxurious yard, which is completely fenced and guarantees complete privacy, there is a large swimming pool of 64m² - a real refreshment on hot summer days. There are six comfortable deckchairs and two umbrella zones around the pool, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the silence. There is also a covered area with a summer kitchen, barbecue and a large table for outdoor dining, designed for 14 people - perfect for evening gatherings with food and wine. An outdoor shower and toilet are also available, while the private parking lot within the building can accommodate up to five cars. The villa is an excellent choice for larger families or a group of friends as it offers comfortable accommodation for up to 14 guests, spread over seven carefully decorated bedrooms - each with its own bathroom.

Entering the main part of the villa, you are greeted by a spacious living room, elegantly furnished and air-conditioned, with a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (stove with four rings, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, filter and Moka coffee machine). The kitchen leads directly to the pool, which makes this area ideal for relaxing and socializing. On the same level there is also one double room, suitable for guests who do not want to use the stairs. The room has its own bathroom, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine and additional refrigerator. On the first floor of the main house there are three luxurious double bedrooms. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer and access to a private balcony overlooking the pool and garden – ideal for morning coffee with the sunrise.

Opposite the main house, with a separate entrance, there is an additional part of the villa with three more spacious bedrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, have TV, separate bathrooms with shower, hairdryer, and comfortable double beds. This part also contains a common living area with a table football table - great for evening entertainment and relaxation.

Villa with pool Istra - Amara offers Wi-Fi internet, SAT/TV, a complete set of household appliances, equipped kitchen and bathrooms with towels and bed linen. It also has an outdoor shower, a barbecue area, as well as additional elements for comfort such as a washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer and microwave.
