Villa Rosa - Your ideal place for rest, relaxation and all kinds of celebrations near Belgrade. Only a 30-minute drive from the center, in a quiet part of Barajevo, this beautiful villa is an oasis of peace and comfort, suitable for families, friends, as well as for business events such as seminars and workshops.

A spacious 8x4 meter swimming pool awaits you, with salt water, surrounded by a beach area with sunbeds, umbrellas and a shower for complete enjoyment during summer days. Villa Rosa also offers a spacious terrace with a beautiful view, two summer houses, one of which is covered and equipped with a gas mushroom - ideal for all weather conditions.

In the upper part of the villa there is a comfortable accommodation with a double bed, a sofa bed, a large living room with a four-seater and a sofa bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom, making the space perfect for larger groups, which gives the possibility of sleeping up to 8 people. The guests also have at their disposal a summer kitchen with all the necessary elements, a grill, a saucepan and a kettle, which makes it easier to prepare and enjoy traditional specialties.

For additional fun and recreation, in the yard of the villa there is a mini-football field, a trampoline, as well as billiard and table football tables. Sound system and projector are included in the price, allowing for quality entertainment and a professional atmosphere as needed.

Villa Rosa also offers additional services such as catering, waiter services, space decoration, as well as professional photography, so that every event is organized stress-free and complete with special moments. The parking space is free and provided for all guests.

Important to know

The facility is designed for guests over 25 years old.
Guests under the age of 25 can attend when it comes to a family vacation or birthday with the mandatory presence of elders (parents).
Sound system is available in the building and is included in the price.
The facility is under video surveillance.
Broadcasting of loud music and live music until 23 pm at the latest. Acoustic music is allowed.
The water in the pool is heated as needed.
Cot for babies with prior notice.
Fireworks and confetti are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms
Pets are allowed on the ground floor and in the yard, swimming in the pool is prohibited. We also have a box for dogs.
The house also has a large cage for birds such as macaws, jackals, cockatoos and is available to guests.
During the winter season, the maximum capacity is 15 people.
