Villa Provence - Your oasis of luxury just half an hour's drive from Belgrade in the Umčari settlement, where comfort and elegance blend with the natural environment. This luxurious villa covers 200 square meters and offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and rustic charm.

On the first level you will find a spacious living room, library, dining room and kitchen. On this floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. For additional accommodation, the sofa in the living room can be opened and thus provides the possibility for two more people to sleep overnight. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. In the dining room there is a large multi-functional table that can be easily transformed into a pool table with complete equipment, which will provide guests with hours of quality entertainment.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a hall and a bathroom. Each bedroom and the hall have a double bed, and in one of the bedrooms, in addition to the double bed, there is also a single bed with the option of an additional mattress if needed. The total overnight capacity of the villa is 9 people + 1 extra bed.

The main attraction is the spacious living room with a fireplace and the aforementioned pool table, which is completely made of glass and offers an impressive view while you sit back with a glass of wine and spend wonderful moments with your loved ones. The living room can comfortably seat 20 people at the same time.

Villa Provence offers a rich choice for entertainment and relaxation. There is a grill for enjoying delicious meals, an indoor water heater, and a fireplace for an extra atmosphere of warmth on snowy nights. A large fenced yard lit by floodlights offers a court for basketball, tennis and a spacious swimming pool with an attractive shape, dimensions 8x4 meters and a depth of 1.6 meters.

What also adorns the villa is the nature in the palm of your hand and a yard of 60 ares, including an orchard, ideal for walks and enjoying nature and parking for ten vehicles.

The villa has central heating through a heat pump, and you can also enjoy the pleasant atmosphere by the fireplace. Floor heating additionally improves your stay in winter and cold days, and there is the possibility of heating through two air conditioners.

Guests are provided with a complete set of cutlery, glasses, plates, cutlery and much more. An outdoor shower and toilet make your stay even easier, providing additional practicality and comfort in the summer.

The villa can accommodate up to 20 people during the day.

In the area

Although located in a natural forest, the house is 1 km from the center of the Umčari settlement, so there is the necessary infrastructure, shops, restaurants, grill, butcher and the like. Of course, Grocka and the Danube are in the vicinity, as well as the town of Smederevo, certainly the villa is located half an hour's drive from Belgrade.

Important to know

The villa is pet friendly when it comes to small pets, with prior notice.
Parties under the age of 26 are not allowed in the facility.
It is not allowed to stick decorations on glass and foil on the terrace.
Younger people are not allowed to stay without their parents.
Loud music is allowed according to house rules.
Live music is not allowed.
