Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the comfortable deckchairs by the pool or settle down in the covered lounge with a glass of a selected drink. Use the large brick grill to prepare your favorite gourmet meals and prepare dinner for your loved ones using the large outdoor table and chairs.
When it gets dark, Villa Piano gets a completely different note thanks to the very attractive lighting that is located in the yard, by the pool as well as in the fire pit itself.
This villa with a swimming pool is the right choice for celebrating small birthdays, corporate celebrations, team building, bachelorette parties and various other occasions if you need an occasion at all, because for the rest and relaxation that this facility provides, it is always the right time! The house has its own sound system both outside and inside, and it is available to guests.
The charming, modern interior of this villa is flooded with natural light thanks to the large balcony doors. Inside the villa there are 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, a living room with a pull-out sofa that can sleep 2 additional people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The total sleeping capacity is 6.

The villa is located in the village of Vrčin, due to its proximity to the highway, it is easily accessible from all directions. Although isolated, within a radius of 2 km you can find a large number of shops, restaurants, cafes.
Important to know
No live music is allowed in the facility. Louder music is allowed until 22 pm.
It is possible to use only the sound system from the facility.
Daily rental of the facility is possible for guests under the age of 25 with the mandatory presence of parents.
The facility can be rented for up to 40 people only for the organization of children's birthday parties and teambuilding.
During the winter season, the maximum capacity is 10 people.
