"Villa na Tisa" is a luxurious guest house "directly" connected to your moments of celebration and rest, as well as to the oasis of the Dead Tisa, which forms a unique rental segment. The place is established on an intimate estate equipped with external as well as internal cofmor - it is located in the locality of Čuruga, close to the quay of the Tisa River. It takes ~1.5h to get to the building from the direction of Belgrade, or ~45min from the direction of Novi Sad.

A villa on the Tisza offers all the conveniences of a day stay or overnight rental - all in a neighborhood with true nature but also the beauty of the river belt. In addition to the spacious property and the guest house, guests can also enjoy activities "on the water" as well as exploring the local nature. Enjoy your stay here on the private sandy beach with a jetty on the Dead Tisza, riding SUP boards or kayaks - or in the comfort of the large swimming pool with a beach plateau and garden furniture that is part of the exterior of the facility. Part of the outdoor comfort is a modernly equipped summer house with sound system, bar element, brick barbecue and space for dining with loved ones. There is also a refrigerated display case, a baby feeder, water mattresses, ovens for lounge chairs, TV content, as well as a modern separate bathroom, which, with an external shower, is a place where you can freshen up at any time. The property is surrounded by natural vegetation and trees, and the covered terrace of the house is ideal for moments of shade during the summer days.

The villa on Tisa is a place for family vacations, out-of-town getaways with loved ones, team building, celebrations and engagement celebrations, as well as for various types of photo shooting due to the vividness of the surroundings. In the living room, the building can host up to - 80 people.

When it comes to the guest villa, it consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor of the house, which is impressively designed in a minimalist style, there is a spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor of the building there are two bedrooms, in one there is a king-size double bed, while in the second there is an additional single bed in addition to the king-size bed. With additional content in the living room and inside the summer house - the total sleeping capacity of the building is - 10. The building has a total of three separate bathrooms, as well as all the necessary basic guest sanitary facilities. The area is covered by a Wi-Fi signal and air-conditioned, and there is also a parking area at your disposal for an easier stay on the property.
