The beautiful and modernly designed Villa Mediteran, with a view of the nearby Elaphite Islands, provides everything you need for complete relaxation and enjoyment by the beautiful Adriatic Sea.
The villa is located on a property of 500 m² in the town of Orašac, near Dubrovnik, only 1 km from the sea and the beach. The 300 m² living space is spread over three floors, connected by an internal staircase, and includes a spacious courtyard with a 24 m² private heated pool, sun loungers, dining table, barbecue, parasol and outdoor shower.
The interior of the villa contains a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining area, a living room and 5 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Four bathrooms are equipped with a shower, while one has a bathtub and a shower. The villa also has a gym and is suitable for 10 people. Entering the ground floor of Villa Mediteran, you find a spacious and comfortable living room with sofas, fireplace and LCD TV. Next to the living room, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, as well as a dining area with a dining table.
The courtyard can be easily accessed from the living room through a sliding glass wall. On this floor there is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Going up the internal stairs, the first floor welcomes you with three rooms with double (king size) beds. All rooms have balconies with sofas. Two bathrooms are equipped with showers, while the third has both a shower and a bathtub. There is also a gym on this floor. On the second floor there is another living room with a sofa, armchairs and LCD TV, as well as two modern bedrooms with their own bathrooms equipped with showers. These rooms also have access to the balcony.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers guests free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV in each bedroom and a safe. A cot and a feeder are also available for guests who come with children. Free parking for vehicles is provided within the facility.
