In the picturesque coastal town of Slano, only 30 km from Dubrovnik, is located the enchanting Villa Lumea - Slano, an ideal retreat for all those looking for a combination of privacy, elegance and close proximity to the sea. This modern villa is located only 3 meters from the sea and offers an impeccable view of the bay, with direct access to the beach.
The courtyard of the villa is adorned with a 28 m² private swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs and greenery, the perfect place to relax on sunny days. There is also an outdoor dining table for 10 people, ideal for summer dinners with the sunset and the sound of the waves. A large terrace with a view of the sea additionally completes the experience of the stay.
The interior of the villa extends over three floors and includes 260 m² of luxuriously decorated space. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace, a modern kitchen with a dining area, an additional bathroom with a shower, as well as one bedroom with a double bed.
On the first floor there are two elegant bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Both rooms have access to a shared terrace with a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea.
On the second floor, in a separate apartment, there is a bedroom with two separate beds, a living room with a sofa bed (for two additional people), and a private bathroom. This apartment is perfect for families with children or couples who want extra privacy.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has fast Wi-Fi internet, cable TV and private parking for its guests. The first-class location allows quick access to the center of Slano, while charming Dubrovnik is only a 30-minute drive away.
