Villa Lipovica is a real natural oasis just a 20-minute drive from Ada Ciganlija. You will come to Lipovica (Barajevo Municipality), a beautiful hilly area with fairy-tale landscapes of lush vegetation. If you want to lie by the pool, listening only to the chirping of birds, surrounded by greenery without having to travel far - you are in the right place.
The facility is ideal for a gathering of friends or a family holiday, guests have a large yard with a brick summer house in ethnic style with a large grill - spit, sacha and a large grill, a swimming pool measuring 10x5, 1.8 meters deep, the cleanliness of which is given special attention on a daily basis, so you can bring your little ones without worry, and for them there are also swings, baskets, table football.
The interior of the villa consists of two levels. On the first level there is a spacious living room dominated by nice sofas and a large smart TV, separate dining room and kitchen, bathroom. On the second level there are three bedrooms, a large terrace overlooking the pool, a bathroom and a gym. There are French beds in three bedrooms. There is a TV in every room. In the living room there is a set suitable for two people. The total number of sleeping places is 6 plus 2 auxiliary ones.
Guests have access to Wi-Fi, air conditioning on both levels, a fully equipped kitchen (glasses, plates, cutlery, etc.). Parking for several vehicles. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other has a hydromassage shower cabin.

The facility is very easily accessible from Belgrade, the Lipovica settlement borders the city municipality of Čukarica and is only 15 km away from the Ada Ciganlija swimming pool.
Important to know
The facility is designed for guests over 25 years of age if they are not staying with their family. The building is pet friendly on request, the bedrooms are not pet friendly. The villa is not suitable for parties, it is rented out exclusively for quiet variants, preferred for family gatherings and corporate events.
If it is determined that more than 15 guests are present, the surcharge is €10 per person.
Music is used in accordance with the regulations of the city of Belgrade until midnight.
During the winter season, the maximum capacity is 8 people.
The water temperature in the pool is around 22 degrees.

We spent 5 wonderful days, and everything was even better than we expected. Hospitality at the level, clean and tidy, large and clean swimming pool, lots of greenery in the yard, excellent accommodation... It's also great that it has an excellent separate barbecue facility, and a basketball court. Recommendation!
