Surrounded by olive trees, lavender and the gentle scent of the sea, this villa offers a perfect combination of untouched nature and the elegance of Mediterranean living.
The courtyard of the villa immediately enchants: the 26 m² private pool invites you to refresh yourself under the sun, while comfortable deckchairs, seating under the canopy and a summer kitchen with grill, refrigerator, ice machine and dishwasher create the perfect ambience for long gatherings and evening enjoyment under the starry sky. A spacious green area and a luxurious garden enhance the overall atmosphere, providing an ideal place for both children and those looking for peace and privacy.
The interior of the villa extends over 200 m² and offers a luxurious living room with a large SAT-TV, a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a PlayStation. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a separate laundry room and a modern bathroom with shower. From the living room you can access a beautiful terrace with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding hills.
Upstairs there are four carefully decorated bedrooms. Three have double beds, while the fourth has one bed and an additional bed that can be converted into a double bed. Two shared bathrooms with showers complete this floor. The two master bedrooms open onto a balcony with an irresistible view that leaves you breathless.
