On a private estate of 180 m², Villa Istra Vita is spread over one level, which makes it accessible to people with reduced mobility. The three elegantly decorated bedrooms with their own bathrooms are dominated by natural materials, pastel tones and the warmth of home. In addition, guests can use a steam shower cabin adapted for people with disabilities.
The central part of the villa is occupied by a bright open-space concept that unites a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with comfortable sofas, one of which turns into an extra bed for two people. Large sliding glass surfaces open to a spacious terrace and garden, offering unobstructed views of the private pool and greenery.
Outside, an impressive 12x6 m swimming pool awaits you, surrounded by deck chairs and a covered dining area. Next to the pool there is a summer kitchen with a grill, ideal for evenings under a clear sky with a glass of Istrian wine. For the youngest, the villa offers a children's playground with a swing, see-saw, slide and trampoline.
The property has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and private bathroom. With the sofa in the living room, the total overnight capacity is 8 guests. Villa Istra Vita is fully air-conditioned, covered by Wi-Fi internet and equipped with modern appliances. Guests are provided with private parking, a safe for valuables and all the extras needed for a carefree stay - including a baby cot and a feeder.
