This charming rustic house, surrounded by nature and chirping birds, is ideal for families or a small group of friends who want complete relaxation, privacy and a simple combination of stone, wood and peace.
In the center of the courtyard there is a swimming pool, perfect for summer refreshment, surrounded by greenery and silence disturbed only by the breeze and the rustle of leaves. In the shade of pine trees and vines, there is also a covered terrace with a brick barbecue and a table for outdoor dining - the right place to enjoy long evenings, local wines and flavors of Istria.
The interior of the villa exudes the warmth of home. The open living room with wooden beams, kitchen and dining room creates a pleasant atmosphere for shared moments, while large windows let in plenty of daylight and connect you with nature outside. Three spacious bedrooms, tastefully decorated in a combination of traditional and natural materials, provide comfort and tranquility. Two are equipped with double beds, while one room has two single beds, so the total capacity for an overnight stay is 6 people.
The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a longer and carefree stay - Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a complete kitchen, private parking. The yard is fenced and safe, ideal for children, while the surroundings invite you to go for walks, bike rides or explore the surrounding villages and wine roads.
