This harmonious estate on a cascade of lush greenery and nature belongs to the locality of Ralja - a well-known haven for guests seeking space and intimacy.

Villa Green Corner is primarily attractive due to the location of the house and exterior - in a place where the horizon of the surrounding area stretches to the maximum. Defined by a dense forest of greenery that "protects" the back part of the building and grassy pastures that are a place for the youngest to play and have fun - this villa is a true forest decoration. The main element that stands out, apart from the modern guest house, is the prominent beach plateau with a swimming pool and smart lighting, where guests can relax on the deckchairs under the parasols that are at your disposal as soon as possible. A few steps above this level is the porch of the house, i.e. the balcony area with a dining table and chairs for all-day outdoor enjoyment. The surroundings of the property are fully illuminated in the evening hours, which from afar only further emphasizes the privacy of this part of the settlement, which is not urbanized at all. And the glow of the fire from the barbecue element, which can serve you for creations and gourmet dishes, is additionally contributed only by the open sky and the glow of the stars in the evening hours.

Villa Green Corner is an ideal place for your family vacation, stay with loved ones, city escape with colleagues, children's parties, as well as all kinds of intimate celebrations and events in accordance with the idea of ​​the estate and the rules of the house. Up to 20 people can stay at the facility during the day.

The interior of the house is in harmony with the aesthetics of the exterior of the villa. The combination of warm colors and wooden elements with minimalist furniture creates an environment of comfort and attractive space, suitable for long or short rent. The house consists of an open living room, which is exposed to the balcony through large glass portals. There is also a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The staircase leads to the gallery part of the villa, which is the attic. There are two bedrooms here, with a total of two double beds and two single beds. With an additional bed in the living room, the total sleeping capacity is 8 people. The facility is air-conditioned, has TV facilities and a Wi-Fi signal, and guests have all the necessary sanitary facilities at their disposal. Inside the accommodation there is also a separate part for the sauna, which provides additional comfort and enjoyment during your stay.

The pool is not heated, so the water temperature depends on the air temperature.
