The villa offers complete peace, but also the possibility that you do not disturb other people's peace in those memorable moments - when we celebrate and when we want to be carefree.

The spacious courtyard completes the atmosphere that combines luxury, entertainment and complete hedonism. The villa is easily accessible from all directions. Although isolated in its peace and natural surroundings, the center of Barajevo, gas station, restaurants, shops, exchange offices, pharmacies and everything else you may need are just 10 minutes away. There is also a simple option of food delivery to the facility.
The villa is completely new, the works were completed at the end of 2025, and this summer the villa opened its doors to all guests at full capacity. Take the opportunity to be original and impress your guests as one of the first visitors to this wonderful facility.

The villa in a luxuriously designed and air-conditioned space contains 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a large living room connected to a modern stylish kitchen according to the open concept principle. In the living room there is a large settee with the option of folding for sleeping, which can sleep up to 4 people. The total sleeping capacity is 7-8 people, while up to 40 people are allowed to stay during the celebrations. The villa also has a sound system, so you don't have to have that extra expense if you're celebrating some special moments.

In front of the villa there is a porch, which is from us Weekendica team was the most beautiful part of this facility when we toured it, and we're sure it will be for you too, because it offers a dramatic view of the pool, glades, forests and the beautiful green landscape that surrounds you.
In front of the villa there is a parking lot sufficient for a large number of vehicles.

Guests can visit the Forest of Klenovac, MBM Equestrian Club or Aleksandar Equestrian Club and enjoy riding through nature and forest trails. In the vicinity are the Lipovac forest, Duboki Potok lake, as well as Kosmaj and Avala, which are ideal for walks, excursions and escape from the city. For guests who want a complete weekend experience, famous restaurants and ethnic households such as Zornić Kuća, Zavičaj Etno Imanje and Restaurant Potkovica are nearby.

Important to know

Until 23 p.m. the music can be in the yard, after that it must be brought into the house (you can celebrate in the house until the morning)
Live music is allowed in the facility, as well as a DJ.
The facility is not pet friendly and pets are not allowed.
Those under the age of 23 are not allowed to stay without their parents.
Guests are required to stay in the facility until the person in charge of collecting the keys arrives the next day.
We ask guests to treat the facility and inventory responsibly so that the space remains pleasant for all subsequent visitors.
- Proprietary equipment is prohibited - in case of such, the celebration is interrupted (fireworks, torches, firecrackers...)
- Confetti is prohibited.
- It is forbidden to park vehicles on the grass.
- The barbecue has its place, it is forbidden to move it.
- Glass is not allowed around the pool.
