Villa Arcadia is a luxurious, multi-purpose resort that celebrates the beauty of the Fruška Gora region in its rich interior and exterior property. The building is located in the village of Čerević in an ideal position enriched by forest greenery, clean air and many tourist options in the area. Villa Arcadia can be reached in ~30 minutes from the direction of Novi Sad, i.e. in ~1.30 hours from Belgrade.

Villa Arcadia is a modern, newly furnished representation of a luxurious estate for the purposes of multi-day vacations as well as shorter breaks for guests. The property is spacious and contains 3 independent guest facilities and various elements for entertainment, relaxation and atmosphere.
One of the main attractions of the villa is the swimming pool with salt water, heaters and its own lighting - and there is also a sauna with a plateau decorated with sunbeds, a beach area and a jacuzzi. The SPA part of the villa has a sauna, a salt room, a massage room (with a starry sky). Next to the pool itself, there is an outdoor shower, as well as another one next to the sauna. For recreation, guests can use a 3x3 basketball court with a modern surface, bicycles, table tennis, table football... In the yard of the property there is also a summer house, which during the winter season is temperature-adapted for a comfortable stay of guests, but with elements that can be moved so that this part opens to the outside of the plot. The space is ideal for presentations, remote work, and with a stable internet flow, Villa Arcadia can be a favorite place for business people in nature, under the open sky and away from the crowds. When it comes to celebrations, the building can accommodate 45 people in the living room - with the option of using tables and chairs in the part of the accommodation that is intended for celebrations with additional contents.

The facility is multi-purpose - so most types of stays, vacations, celebrations and celebrations are possible in agreement with the hosts and in compliance with Villa Arcadia's house rules.

Of the three guesthouses, two are smaller apartments in the form of apartments with separate bathrooms and showers. One of them is a classic forest house with dominant elements of wood, kitchen, king size bed, bathroom with shower and standard furniture. The second house is in the style of "A frame" buildings with a more open character, with two separate terraces, large glass profiles and contemporary charm. There is a king size bed in the gallery of the house, while on the ground floor there is 1 single bed, furniture and additional facilities. The third house is the largest with two living rooms on the ground floor, one of which is really spacious and made of glass. The second living room forms a lounge corner of the accommodation, from which there is direct access to the dining area. It has a large bathroom with a shower, as well as a fireplace, TV facilities with two more projection screens. On the first floor of the building there are 3 bedrooms and a separate bathroom. One room has a double bed, the second has two single beds and extra beds, while the third room has three single beds and two extra beds. There are two large sofas in the living room of the house, and the total sleeping capacity of Villa Arcadia is 13-14 people. Private parking and additional services are available to guests upon request.

Live music is allowed in the facility with prior notice.
During the winter season, the maximum capacity is 12 people.
Those under the age of 21 are not allowed to stay without the presence of their parents.
