Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and old trees, this villa with a private heated pool and its own chapel of Saint Anthony represents a unique blend of spiritual peace, tradition and luxury.
In a spacious courtyard that exudes silence and tranquility, there is a chapel from the time of the nobility, ideal for intimate reflections or even symbolic celebrations. The main part of the yard is occupied by a swimming pool with hydromassage, surrounded by deck chairs and lounge furniture, while the covered part with a large table and barbecue is perfect for enjoying local specialties. For complete relaxation, there are playful scents of lavender, rosemary and pine that fill the space.
The interior of the villa combines traditional elements such as stone walls and wooden beams with modern comfort. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, a classic dining room with a wooden table for eight, a comfortable living room and a traditional tavern - an authentic Dalmatian dining room ideal for wine dinners. On the same level there is an additional toilet and a laundry room with a separate entrance. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are four bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds. Two modernly equipped bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bathtub - will satisfy all the needs of the guests. Three rooms have private balconies with a beautiful panoramic view of the green slopes of Konavle.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and covered by a Wi-Fi signal. Guests have access to private parking for two cars, Smart TV, DVD, washing machine and dryer, as well as additional amenities for families with children such as cots and high chairs.
Only 5 km away is the small town of Cavtat with numerous restaurants, bars and beaches, while magnificent Dubrovnik is only 22 km away - ideal for day trips.
