Villa Ana Avala is a wonderful vacation spot that is easily accessible from all directions. Just a 30-minute drive from the center of Belgrade, you can quickly arrive on the highway or enjoy a drive on the old Avala road.
This imposing villa, surrounded by a beautiful garden with two summerhouses, contains a large swimming pool. The area around the pool, intended for enjoyment with umbrellas and sunbeds, is paved with natural stone of a golden color that shimmers beautifully in the sun, providing a truly great visual pleasure. In addition to the beautiful exterior that complements the grill, the interior of the villa is also full of attractive assets. On the first and second levels there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and comfortable furniture, and there is also a covered balcony with a wonderful view of the greenery and Mount Kosmaj. For complete relaxation, guests can use the mini spa area, which includes a sauna and a jacuzzi tub.
Within 250 m2, in addition to the two mentioned living rooms, the villa contains four bedrooms. There is a double bed in three bedrooms, while in one bedroom there is a bunk bed, the lower part of which can be suitable for two people, and the upper part for one person. In the two living rooms there is a settee each, where three more people can sleep if needed. The total number of beds is 12. The villa has three bathrooms.
The facility is an excellent option for both summer and winter days.
Guests have at their disposal cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. as well as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, and two large TVs with cable television.

The location of the villa is ideal for various excursions. In the immediate vicinity are the mountains Avala and Kosmaj, as well as Lake Trešnja.
Important to know
Music is only allowed inside the house via Bluetooth speakers, TV or similar devices. Professional sound system is not allowed.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
For quieter celebrations and gatherings of up to 25 people, the use of Bluetooth speakers with a maximum power of up to 80W is allowed until 22 p.m., only during the summer period. The maximum number of overnight guests is 12 people.
The dimensions of the pool are 6x3 m, and the depth is 1,5 m.
During the winter season, the maximum capacity of the facility is 12 people.
Persons under the age of 21 are not allowed to stay without the presence of their parents.
Live music is not allowed in the facility.
