Holiday cottage Pahulja is a mountain facility with high functionality and coordinated interior - it is located in the weekend village of Treska, on Kopaonik. The facility is in a part of the settlement that offers guests a peaceful and idyllic environment where they can enjoy skiing, visiting the national park, and outdoor activities in sunny weather. From the direction of Belgrade, it takes ~4 hours to drive to the property.
Cottage Pahulja is on a plot of 4 ares, with a yard through which a mountain stream flows, creating a unique atmosphere of the estate. The main element is a mountain house, a guest house recognizable by its construction structure, but which "hides" additional contents and a spacious interior for you and your loved ones. The property is surrounded by thick conifers, positioned at an altitude that always creates conditions for fresh air, the smell of the surrounding nature and enjoyment throughout the year. Due to its favorable proximity to the center of the mountain and its equipment, the facility is an excellent choice for family stays, winter activities, holidays with loved ones, as well as city escapes with colleagues and friends in a forest idyll.
The house has a size of 93m2 on several floors. Apart from the ground floor, where you can also access the main room - the cottage has another floor with a large terrace as well as an attic. The building's terrace, together with a smaller balcony, overlooks the stream and the property, so it is truly an ideal place for drinking the first morning drink. The building has a living room with a fireplace and stove, which is connected to the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and there is also a toilet. The most popular room is certainly the relaxation room with sauna, which is available to guests, while during the summer period on the terrace of the building, a jacuzzi can be equipped. There are two bedrooms on the first floor of the cottage - one has a double bed and a single bed, while the other room has a double bed and a sofa bed. With an additional sofa that is suitable for two people - the total sleeping capacity of Villa Pahulja is - 8. Guests have at their disposal a parking area, TV facilities in the facility, Wi-Fi as well as all standard amenities.
