The Palm Pool & Villa is a luxurious guest haven inspired by modern facilities and estate - located only 30 minutes drive from the center of Belgrade. This classy building, in the tame locality of Mali Požarevac, is the perfect place for a romantic escape from the city, an intimate family gathering, but also the celebration of jubilees and birthdays of your youngest.

The Palm Pool & Villa is defined by a large property that is secluded from all sides in its privacy. The courtyard of the villa is enriched with a meticulous lawn and spacious enough so that daytime and nighttime activities on the property are equally authentic. The guest villa is connected by a staircase to the beach plateau, where luxurious palm trees, deck chairs, a lounge area, garden furniture for relaxation and of course - a modern swimming pool with crystal water and night lighting await you. Next to that part there is also a covered summer house with a dining table and a kitchen element where you can spend the best moments with your loved ones with food and drinks. A basketball court and a gym are available.

The evening atmosphere of this comprehensive resort is just as idyllic, so in addition to open viewing of the starry sky, you can also enjoy movie projections on the wall while relaxing on comfortable deck chairs. There is also a fire pit area at your disposal for a flaming ambiance, and additionally you can "warm up" in the hot tub on the balcony of the villa itself. For the youngest, content for games and animation is available, so the entire atmosphere of the exterior is subordinated to fun and relaxation.

When it comes to the interior of the villa, it exudes a stylish ambience, so with attention to detail, the comfort offered to guests of the facility is also defined. The house has a spacious living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen - and due to its openness to the property's garden, the space is bright and pleasant. There are three bedrooms - one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each + sofa in the living room. The total sleeping capacity of the villa is - 7. The villa also has two modern bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower by the pool. Guests are provided with all the necessary sanitary facilities, and the interior of the house is air-conditioned, while on cold days you can also use the fireplace in the main part of the living room. The facility has TV facilities, Wi-Fi, as well as a parking area for easier access and stay on the property.

Important to know

Children under the age of 25 are not allowed to stay without their parents.
No live music is allowed in the facility. A bluetooth speaker is available to guests.
During the winter season, the maximum capacity is 8 people.
Stays of more than 10 people are possible only for family gatherings and children's birthdays.
