Sunny Hill House is the epithet of guest pleasure "tucked away" in the quiet locality of Barajeva. The modern and comprehensive unit that defines, apart from the guest house, also the outside part of the property - is located in a circle of greenery that gives guests a sense of intimacy and peace for a break. It takes ~40 minutes to drive from the direction of Belgrade to the facility.

Sunny Hill House is a garden space with a meticulous lawn and a central plateau that enriches the pool, skilfully integrated into the landscape of real nature. The openness of one part of the property creates a pleasant view of the surroundings, and in sunny weather it is easiest to enjoy it on the deckchairs under the umbrella, on the covered terrace or in the area with the summer kitchen and dining table - intended for gourmet barbecues or toasting with your loved ones.

The facility is just as suitable for intimate moments of rest as it is for gatherings that are in accordance with the character and rules of the house. During the day stay, there can be up to - 15 people at the facility. There is also a parking area available, which makes staying here easier.

When it comes to the guest house, it is a modern and stylish building with a very open and bright interior that is exposed to the property's garden through glass profiles. A unique feature is the high roof behind wooden beams, which gives the entire interior the glamor of a rustic space in a modern manner. The spacious living room is equipped with modern furniture, and the sleeping part of the house is geared towards the comfort of the guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, as well as a modern bathroom with all the necessary guest sanitary ware. There is a sleeping area on the gallery of the house. This corner is cleverly designed to give privacy but also an open view of the ground floor of the house. With basic accommodation and additional sleeping capacity, it is possible to host - 6 people in total. The facility is air-conditioned, has a TV set and Wi-Fi signal and is equally attractive and available throughout the season.

Important to know

The use of pyrotechnics is prohibited.
Only small breed pets are allowed.
Smaller celebrations of a quieter type are allowed with respect for house rules, music from small bluetooth or portable speakers. It is not allowed to play music in the yard after 22 pm.
Live music, DJs, and the use of professional sound equipment are not allowed in the facility.
Those under the age of 21 are not allowed to stay without their parents.
In case of violation of the rules, the host reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.
In winter, the maximum capacity is up to 10 people.
