Solea - Luxury Concept is an unusual complex that occupies the peak of the offer for a luxury holiday or event in Belgrade. The building is located on a viewpoint above the Duboki Potok lake in Barajevo, an untouched and unpolluted part of this settlement. Similar to the famous villas in the hills of California, Solea is intended for all those who seek peace and intimacy in the luxurious ambience of the interior as well as the exterior of the complex.

Solea Luxury Concept consists of a trio of three equally luxurious villas with a pool, conceived as separate units, each of which is available for rent, as well as the rental of the entire complex at the same time for events of up to 70 people. Each has a private pool with salt water, with an outdoor area and its own part of the yard. In the winter months (November-April) a jacuzzi is available, after which you can use the swimming pool where the water is heated. State-of-the-art deep dive pools with their own heating are surrounded by a lounge plateau made of wooden elements where you can feel like stars with your loved ones on the deckchairs. And in the evening hours, when they also appear in the sky, the whole impression is breathtaking. The position of the building is such that it offers an incredible view of the open green horizon that surrounds this landscape and of the Duboki Potok lake. From the resort to the lake itself, there is nothing blocking the view, so your privacy is guaranteed. You don't have to worry if you are indecisive with whom to spend your time here - because renting one villa allows up to 20 people per stay, while if you rent the whole complex as already mentioned, that number can go up to 70 guests.

Make your biggest wishes come true when it comes to celebrations, so through your idea and with the help of the host, organize here birthdays, retreats with the company, team building, bachelorette parties, engagements and the like. The entire concept has been realized down to the smallest aesthetic details, so that your memories here, as well as your photos, will have a unique value.

All three houses are identical, and unique when it comes to interior design. The front of the house looks open to the courtyard and pool area and is sunny on warm days, which is allowed by a wall of glass sliding doors. The furniture is new, in a light tone, and every part of the living room, dining room, and kitchen is highly equipped for guests' stay. The bathroom is designed according to the "last word" of architectural trends. Each of the houses has 7 sleeping places. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. In the living room there is a four-seater that does not fold out and a sofa that folds out. The capacity for overnight stays in each room is up to 20 guests. The houses are Solea #1, Solea #2, Solea #3 - and it is possible to rent each separately, as well as rent all guest house facilities within the complex.

At 1.500 meters from the complex there are shops, as well as restaurants that provide delivery. The hosts can also arrange catering and ice supplies. The facility also has an electric grill.

Important to know

Live music is not allowed;
Sound system is available in the building and is included in the price. After 00:00 a weaker sound is emitted;
The DJ can connect to the sound system from the villa;
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if it is found on the spot that the guests are under 26 years of age;
Confetti, hookahs, and any kind of pyrotechnics are not allowed;
If the guest falsely declares the reason for the rental and thereby violates the rules of the house, the host has the right not to admit guests to the facility at the scheduled time;
The pool is heated from May to October (or depending on weather conditions).
