Located in a fairytale setting on the banks of the Sava River, the Sava Platz cottage is located on a large plot of beauty and peace. It is perfect for several couples or several families who want a vacation or want to mark and celebrate their important moments together.

The location couldn't be better. Located on an idyllic part of the coast, away from the crowds, densely packed houses and rafts, with a beautiful wooded landscape across the street. At the same time, it is only 10 minutes (7 km) from Ada Ciganlija and a 25-minute drive from the center of Belgrade.

Sava Platz is not an ordinary house for rent, it is a unique concept that consists of 4 units - Restaurant/bar - Apartments with a view of the Sava - Garden - Raft.

The interior of the villa is divided into two floors. The first floor is dominated by a restaurant with a bar of 175 m30 (+40 m35 kitchen and toilets), which is decorated with stylish and unique furniture with exceptional attention to detail and beauty. The capacity of the restaurant is 2 seats. There are three apartments on the first floor, two of which have a separate bathroom, and each has its own small kitchen, while the restaurant has men's and women's toilets for guests. Two apartments are spacious, of 20 square meters, in both there is one double bed and one pull-out sofa suitable for sleeping 200 people. These apartments have access to a large terrace facing the river. The third smaller apartment is 200 square meters and has a king size bed measuring 8x2 cm. The total number of beds is XNUMX, and XNUMX more beds can be provided by agreement.

In front of the house there is a garden in the shade of a poplar tree, which can comfortably accommodate 40 guests. The garden is equipped with comfortable tables, chairs and deck chairs, providing an idyllic setting for enjoying the Sava River.

A small bridge leads from the garden to the raft on which the house is located, and it includes a bar, large refrigerators, electricity connection, toilet, outdoor shower, which allows you to enjoy the raft without having to go to the house. In front of the house, on the front part of the raft, there is a large terrace that can be covered with a white awning if desired. On the terrace, there are numerous deckchairs, tables and chairs available to guests.

Guests have at their disposal professional JBL sound system, paid Deezer and YouTube Premium, excellent Wi-Fi signal, and air conditioners in two apartments and the restaurant. Also, glasses, plates and cutlery for 40 people are provided. In front of the building there is a parking lot for 20 vehicles.

We can organize catering, drinks, staff, decoration, boat rides, limousines, bus transportation and everything else you think you might need for your perfect celebration!

In the area

Just a 10-minute drive from the facility (7 km) is the city picnic area "Ada Ciganlija," which offers a multitude of cafes, bars, sports fields, water sports and other activities.

Important to know

- Smaller pets are allowed in the house, while larger ones are only allowed in the yard.
- For celebrations, the facility must hire one waiter for a maximum of 10 people, and two waiters for up to 40 people. The engagement of a waiter (8 hours) amounts to 5000 dinars.
- We do not offer the possibility of viewing the facility before booking.
- Live music is allowed in the facility until 22 p.m., after that only inside the facility.
- The facility is rented out exclusively to guests 27+.
