Ralja Lux is a modern villa intended for holidays, celebrations and unforgettable moments with family and friends. Located in a quiet part of Ralje, between Avala and Kosmaj, only a twenty-minute drive from Belgrade, it is an ideal choice for anyone who wants to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, while staying close to the capital.
Whether you are planning a family gathering, a celebration with friends, a weekend vacation or simply want to enjoy nature and privacy, Ralja Lux provides everything you need for a pleasant and carefree stay. The villa has five comfortably furnished bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people overnight, while the capacity for daily gatherings and various types of celebrations is provided for up to 30 guests. A special atmosphere is provided by the heated swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing on warm days and pleasant summer evenings. Next to the pool there are deckchairs and umbrellas, while the spacious yard with garden furniture and barbecue provides an excellent environment for socializing, resting and enjoying the outdoors.

Important to know
No live music allowed. Music and sound systems are allowed at a reasonable volume, with respect to house rules. House rules are respected in the period from 23:00 to 08:00. During that period, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum, out of respect for neighbors and the environment;
The stay of persons under the age of 18 is allowed only with the presence of their parents;
The number of guests must not exceed the agreed number specified in the reservation. For additional visitors or exceeding the number of persons, prior consent of the host is required;
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. There is a designated area for smokers in the yard;
Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children may use the pool only under adult supervision. Jumping in a way that endangers safety is not allowed, as well as bringing glass packaging into the pool area;
Use the barbecue with care and only in the designated place. Please put out the fire completely after use. Use garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas carefully and return them to their place after use;
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please treat the building, furniture and equipment with care, as if it were your own.
