Villa Prestige Hill 2 is located in the quiet town of Mali Požarevac, ideally positioned for those looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, but also modern comfort. The luxurious house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected to a modern kitchen and dining room, as well as one bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the first floor - the main one, the master bedroom, has its own bathroom and a beautiful view of the pool, while the remaining two rooms share a common bathroom. The villa has a total of 4 beds - 1 single and 3 double beds. All rooms are decorated with one wall made entirely of glass, which allows for plenty of natural light and a sense of connection with the environment. A special visual note is given by the reflective glass on the house, which gives the entire building an exclusive look. There are 4 toilets in the hall, and 3 + 1 closed shower cabin in the summer house.

Within the villa there is a closed hall with a capacity of up to 120 guests, equipped with four toilets and a bar, which makes it perfect for various celebrations and events. In the lower part of the yard, guests can use an open jacuzzi, as well as a fully covered summer house with three toilets and a shower cabin. The villa can comfortably host and accommodate up to 7 people overnight, while the total capacity of the space allows for the reception of up to 250 guests. The parking space is provided and available to guests during the entire stay.

Important to know

Music is limited:
- Fridays and Saturdays until 00:00
- on other days until 22pm

Up to 100 guests, the villa has dishes, tables, chairs and tablecloths, over that number of guests, the guests rent the equipment independently.

-fireworks are allowed with a report to the police and are positioned in the lower part of the property, which the host will show you;
- the use of confetti is prohibited;
-jumping into the pool is prohibited;
- it is forbidden to walk on the overflow edge of the pool;
- putting food, drinks and objects into the pool is prohibited;
- it is forbidden to break glasses, bottles and other objects;
- the consumption of alcohol by minors is prohibited;
- minors must be supervised by adults;
- it is forbidden to walk on the furniture;
- it is forbidden to take furniture out of the house;
- the tenant is responsible for everything that happens on the property during the stay;
- all damage caused is compensated by the tenant;
- it is not allowed to organize celebrations for people under the age of 28, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation if it is found that the guests are under the age of 28;
- Bachelor parties are not allowed;
- at the end of the celebration, it is obligatory to pick up all the garbage in garbage bags and dispose of it in a closed area;
