There is also a terrace at the very entrance to the house, ideal for morning activities. The lower level of the house consists of a spacious living room, an equipped kitchen with a bar element, and a bathroom. The interior is "separated" from the courtyard by glass portals that do not obstruct the view of the rest of the estate. There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed, while the other has two double beds and two bunk beds. In addition, the living room has a large sofa bed suitable for two people. The total sleeping capacity of the villa is -10. The facility is covered by a Wi-Fi signal, and the temperature is regulated by an air conditioner.

The spa center is located in the basement and has a sauna, jacuzzi, mini cinema, toilet and shower. In the winter period, the spa is included in the price, while in the summer period there is an additional charge of €200 per night.
