Respite at Avala is an ideal place to escape from everyday life in the city, but also for gatherings, celebrations, workshops and days spent in the pleasant surroundings of nature at the foot of Avala. Located in peaceful Bela Potok, just a few minutes' drive from Trošarina and 15 kilometers from the center of Belgrade, this modern holiday home offers comfort, privacy and excellent connections to the city thanks to numerous bus lines and easy access from Avalski puta and both highways.

On the property there is a spacious house of 80 square meters, with a large veranda of 20 square meters and a yard decorated with mature conifers, a lawn, a neat garden and a paved terrace around the swimming pool, which is in operation during the summer months. The house can host up to 20 people at cocktail parties or 15 at the table, while for the night, comfort is provided by a bedroom with a double bed and a living room where the sofa folds out into an additional double bed. Maximum overnight capacity - 4 people.

The yard offers space to enjoy on warm days with a swimming pool and barbecue, and guests are provided with six private parking spaces with the possibility of using free public parking nearby. There is a well-stocked store just twenty meters away, as well as several excellent bakeries, which makes the stay even more convenient. Rest on Avala is issued throughout the year, it is intended for smaller gatherings and events, with respect for house rules.
