Holiday cottage Plezir is a true guest pleasure among the greenery of the Kolubar district. The property is located in an idyllic part of the town of Lukavac, just a few kilometers from Valjevo, and less than 1.5 hours drive from Belgrade. The facility offers an unreal panorama across the width of the property, and it is intended for a peaceful vacation as well as for celebrations in nature.

Cottage Plezir is a meeting between the meticulous green areas that characterize this area and the content of the plot, which with its units and guest house ideally "lies" in the environment to which it belongs. The property offers a view of the city and the Valjevo mountain range, and on all sides it is separated from the rest of the neighborhood by rich vegetation and flora. The yard is in a cascading position, and from the terrace of the house you can enjoy the view of the entire property and the surrounding area.

There are children's facilities, garden furniture, and the unique point of the cottage is the marble plateau with a fenced grill, a table for feasts and parties. This makes "Plezir" a great choice for various gatherings, celebrations, bachelor and bachelorette parties, team building and corporate excursions - and during the stay, it can host up to - 20 people. Under your own direction, and with the help of the host, you can additionally organize musical accompaniment, catering, procurement of drinks, etc.

The house is a stylistic expression of the whole concept of the "Plezir" estate, so it is decorated with elements made of crushed stone, wood and concrete. During the summer, the building is pleasantly air-conditioned, and in the winter it is warm enough for idyllic moments. The house consists of a spacious terrace, a living room with dining room and kitchen, and an equipped bathroom. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed - as well as an additional one in the living room. The total sleeping capacity of the house is - 5. Everything inside the building is modernly equipped according to the needs of the guests, so Plezir is an excellent choice for both short-term and multi-day stays. Parking is available to guests, and the house is covered by a Wi-Fi signal.
