Paradiso Verde is a harmonious and imaginative property that reveals its aesthetics from the very entrance to the courtyard, through the modern and warm guest house, to the garden facilities and the purity of the greenery that surrounds it. When it comes to the attractive parts of the facility - the modern swimming pool with a decorative plateau where you can relax on deckchairs or under the shade of a spacious bench with a bamboo umbrella stands out. The view from here towards Kosmaj is amazing, while in the evening you can spend magical moments under the candle flame, the illuminated pool bed and the starry sky above you.

Along one side of the guest house is a beautiful terrace from which the entire estate can be viewed. For additional relaxation, there is a hanging bed under the recognizable pine tree - and for active socializing there is a beach volleyball court, as well as a modern brick barbecue. Paradiso Verde is an ideal choice for family gatherings, an intimate retreat with friends, colleagues, but also a place for a romantic trip and honeymoon.

The house has a very authentic design. The whiteness of the tone, which is dominant both outside and inside the object, makes it heavenly. It has a spacious living room, with a dining room and a kitchen that is well equipped for your culinary masterpieces. The furniture and elements are completely new, with an emphasis on meticulousness and modernity. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The bed in the living room is extendable, so it can be converted into another double bed. The total sleeping capacity is -6. There is also the possibility of using a cot for babies. The house also has a modern bathroom with a shower cabin and accompanying furniture. The facility is covered by a Wi-Fi signal, and parking is available to guests.

Important to know

The facility is suitable for relaxing in nature, with house rules.
Smoking is allowed only outside the interior of the house.
In winter, guests must be notified at least one day in advance so that the building can be heated in time.
During the winter season, the maximum capacity is 12 people.
Those under the age of 21 are not allowed to stay without their parents.
