Welcome to Oplenac View, a modern and carefully decorated property located in a quiet village, near Topola. Surrounded by untouched nature and beautiful landscapes of Šumadija, this cottage is the perfect choice for a family holiday, a weekend with friends, celebrations, team building or an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The accommodation is designed for up to 10 people, while for daily celebrations it is possible to host up to 25 guests.

The biggest advantage of the facility is the unique view of Oplenac, after which the cottage got its name. The combination of a modern A-frame design, a spacious yard and numerous amenities provides ideal conditions for relaxation throughout the year.

The guests have at their disposal: a modern A-frame cottage, a heated swimming pool for enjoyment even outside the summer season, a spacious summer house with a barbecue and complete equipment for food preparation... There is also a basketball and indoor soccer field, as well as a large landscaped yard surrounded by greenery.

The pool measures 7m x 4m and is heated until October 1st. The pool is in direct connection with the A-frame house and summer house.

The main A-frame house provides maximum comfort for up to 6 people. In the gallery there are beds for four people, while in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two more people. Guests have at their disposal a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a carefree stay.

Within the complex there is also a functional summer house with two separate double rooms, ideal for additional guest accommodation. The rooms have access to a private bathroom and a view of the paulownia plantation and the spacious landscaped yard, providing peace and privacy throughout your stay. The summer house has a fully equipped kitchen - grill, kettle, skewer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. There is also a separate toilet.

A special corner of the cottage is a spacious terrace with an enchanting view of Oplenac and the Šumadija countryside. Morning coffee or evening sunset on this terrace remain among the most beautiful memories of your stay. A special convenience for guests is a complete audio system that covers all terraces within the facility. The sound system is connected to the central receiver located on the terrace of the summer house and supports Bluetooth, Internet and USB connection, so you can play your favorite music easily and without additional equipment. Thanks to its isolated location and great distance from the neighbors, there is no time limit for playing music in the facility, which makes it an excellent choice for celebrations, birthdays, and other private gatherings.

Regardless of whether you are planning a relaxing weekend in nature, a family gathering, a celebration or an active holiday in the heart of Šumadija, Oplenac View offers the perfect combination of nature, comfort and modern facilities, just a few minutes' drive from Topola and the famous Oplenac.

No live music is allowed in the facility.
The facility is not pet-friendly.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but outside on the terraces is.
It is forbidden to use glass cups on the terrace next to the pool.
Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay without their parents.
Babysitting and catering can be arranged.
