Modern Villa Zadar with a heated pool is a modern, luxurious and newly built villa for your dream vacation by the sea, located in Petrčani, a famous tourist destination of the Zadar Riviera. The villa covers an area of 650 m² and offers 350 m² of living space on three floors, intended for a stay of up to 8 people, and has all the necessary facilities for a relaxing vacation.
The private 26 m² heated hot tub is surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower, and is the focal point of the fully fenced yard. Next to the pool there is a spacious terrace with a dining area, as well as a barbecue.
Entering from the terrace through sliding glass doors, you reach a modern open-plan space, where you are immediately enchanted by the beautiful living room with a fireplace and a special installation of massive acacia roots as a wall decoration. In front of it is a large dining table. There is also a kitchen island, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, an internal staircase and the main entrance to the villa.
On the first floor of the villa there is a children's playroom and a laundry room. Also, there are two bedrooms with double beds that share a shared bathroom with shower and bathtub, and one bedroom with its own bathroom, also with shower and bathtub, and access to the balcony. The second floor offers a spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room and kitchenette, as well as access to the terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The villa has free internet access, an indoor fireplace, is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating, which makes it ideal for renting even during the winter. Private parking in the garage and outdoors is provided within the facility.
