The way to an idyllic vacation is the way to the estate - Mali Raj. This divine estate, consisting of three separate buildings, is located at the very "gate" of the Danube panorama, in Ritopek. It takes only ~35 minutes to get to the property from the center of Belgrade, and due to the availability of the location of the house, it is also possible to access it via water, i.e. the pontoon that adorns the shores of Mali Raj.

The estate is surrounded by the recognizable nature that adorns the banks of the Danube, near the capital's happenings. Apart from the river ambience, the most recognizable segment of the environment is the Nature Park - Ivankovačka Ada. And when it comes to additional guest services, with the assistance of the host, it is possible to try various activities on the water as well as to relax in the peace of the property. The houses have different capacities and contents, but they all have in common that they all have access to the water, a terrace, and thus a photogenic view of the river.

Mali Raj #1 - is an object on two levels of the guest unit on 125m2, with a garden. In the yard of this house there is a swimming pool with a beach plateau and deckchairs for sunbathing. In addition, there is also a SPA facility. On the first floor of the house there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a toilet. From the living room there is access to a covered terrace with a pool table, a dining table and a grill - so this part of the house is a zone for socializing and entertainment. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with a single bed and one with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for two people. The total sleeping capacity of the house is 7.

Mali Raj #2 - this building covers an area of ​​56m2 on a recognizable platform made of crushed stone. The building consists of a living room with a kitchen and a dining area from which you can access the terrace with a view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room there is a set suitable for two people. The total sleeping capacity is - 4. There is also an infrared sauna within the house, while on the porch there is a hydromassage pool for 4 guests.

Mali Raj #3 - in an equally recognizable tone of architecture, a third building is being released. The interior is completely newly furnished and consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining area, exit to a separate terrace, and a toilet. There is a double bed in the bedroom of the house, so with an additional bed in the living room, the total sleeping capacity is 4. The house has a sauna, which is an ideal corner when the body, as well as the spirit, needs strengthening. All facilities are covered by Wi-Fi signal and temperature regulated according to your wishes.

Within the building there is also a space for celebrations that can accommodate 70 people even in the summer, while in the winter season the closed part can accommodate up to 40 guests. There is an option to rent space for celebrations together with houses where up to 15 people can stay overnight.
