When you add the proximity of the city and the estate in preserved nature, and take away the noise and everyday stress, you get - Lipovick Paradise. This imaginative and modern facility is located in the Barajevo neighborhood, more precisely in the Lipovicka forest - only ~7km from Belgrade.

"Lipovički Paradise" is an intimate zone of greenery, open sky, your forest home for the day or for a longer period. The estate is in the privacy of the tall trees that surround it, and apart from the modern guest facilities, the plateau with the swimming pool in which, and around which there is always some kind of entertainment, attracts the most attention. Guests can relax on a platform with deckchairs right next to the water, while the younger ones have access to props for games and animation. During sunny days, the entire garden is covered with a grass carpet, while the shade is created by the blossoming branches of the rich trees that define the "Lipovički Raj" cottage. In the yard there is also a lounge corner, i.e. an outdoor table with chairs on a stone platform in the shade of the pagoda. There are also barbecue facilities that are an indispensable element for a good celebration and family lunch.

This is precisely why "Lipovički Raj" is the ideal choice for family gatherings, intimate celebrations, celebrations with friends and colleagues - as well as all types of rentals that are in accordance with the rules of the property. There can be up to - 40 people at the facility during the day stay.

The house is a contemporary representation of architecture, on the very top of the estate and on the first floor. At first impression, everything inside the building is presented as modern as its exterior. It consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom. From the living room there is access to the terrace from which the pool area and the rest of the property can be observed. Due to the many glass profiles, the building is exposed to daylight and a pleasant color tone. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as one sofa bed in the living room - so the total sleeping capacity of Lipovická Raja - 8. As part of the spartan building, through one of the rooms you can access the roof balcony, which is spacious and offers the best position for enjoying the sun, or under the glow of the night stars that are dominant here in the evening.

The facility can accommodate up to 40 people during summer, up to 20 people in winter.
Live music is allowed in the facility until 23 p.m.
Those under the age of 21 are not allowed to stay without their parents.
During the winter season, the maximum capacity is 20 people.
