On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a pleasant living room with access to a large terrace, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A spacious garden, barbecue and parking await you in the yard.
The location is exceptional - in the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants and a pharmacy, as well as walking paths, sports fields, ski slopes and playgrounds for the youngest.
