Every part of the house has been carefully designed to provide peace, freedom and a pleasant atmosphere, while the large windows and bright interior create a harmonious connection between the interior space and the surroundings.

In the house, you will find two comfortable bedrooms with comfortable double beds and quality bedding, as well as a spacious living room with a sofa bed, ideal for socializing and extra sleeping. Maximum overnight capacity - 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals like at home, and the large balcony and terraces are perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation with the sounds of nature. In the center of the courtyard there is a private swimming pool with warm water, perfect for moments of total relaxation and enjoyment, while the large courtyard and garden provide an intimate space for spending time outdoors.

The house in Draževac is ideal for romantic holidays, a weekend reset with friends, creative retreats or extended stays in nature with all the conveniences of modern life. Thanks to its large capacity during the day - up to 40 people, the house is also suitable for intimate celebrations, birthdays, team building gatherings and private events, offering complete privacy and a pleasant atmosphere just for your company.

Located in a quiet part of Draževac, the house is close to public transport and less than 50 kilometers from the center of Belgrade, which makes it easily accessible, yet secluded enough for complete relaxation.

General rules:

- For daily rent without overnight stay, stay is possible until 22:00
- It is forbidden to bring persons who are not registered in the accommodation
- Smoking is prohibited inside the building
- It is forbidden to take out the furniture and decorations inside the building
- Pets are not allowed
- For guests under the age of 25, the presence of parents is mandatory

Pool and outdoor area:

- The pool is used at your own risk
- Running, jumping and using glass objects in the pool area is prohibited
- Children can use the pool only under the supervision of adults
- After use, please close the umbrellas and put away the towels and props

Silence and surroundings:

- Respect peace and quiet in the period from 23:00 to 08:00
- Music and gatherings are allowed only within the agreed rules with the Publisher
- Disturbing the peace of neighboring buildings and the natural environment is prohibited

Maintaining cleanliness:

- The guest is obliged to maintain the basic hygiene of the space during the stay
- Waste is disposed of in designated bins
- Throwing waste, food and cigarettes into nature and around the pool is prohibited

Responsibility:

- The guest is responsible for all damage caused by carelessness, non-compliance with the rules or improper use of the facility
- In case of damage, please inform the Publisher immediately
- In case of non-compliance with the rules, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund
