The house with a swimming pool "Teja" is an object with an unusual name, as well as the impression it leaves on the guests. The cottage is located 5 km from the center of Arandjelovac, belongs to Orašac - in a locality rich in historical and green areas. The property can be reached in ~1 hour from Belgrade, and there are various facilities within easy reach that make the vacation even more intense.

Teja is the scene of quality, active enjoyment in a quiet part of Šumadija. The property has its back to the dense, rich forest that gave this region its name. The front part of the plot is more open, but bamboo fences and bushes guarantee the privacy you need. Apart from the landscaped yard, the most attention is drawn to the modern swimming pool with a surrounding concrete plateau where guests can relax during the summer days.

When the daylight replaces the darkness of the night, the lights of the property and those inside and around the pool create a beautiful ambience that makes "Teja" an excellent choice for all-day hedonism. The guests have a summer house at their disposal, with an outdoor kitchen and a built-in grill - so this is where fun and gourmet food come together. A balcony stretches along the entire length of the house, and under the covered porch is garden furniture where you can relax in the shade. The house with pool "Teja" is an ideal choice for a family stay, a city escape with a partner or loved ones - it is available to all guests who exchange traffic and noise for the sound of nature.

The house has a modern design and offers a spacious interior for the needs of a short or long stay. It consists of a large living room with dining room and equipped kitchen and one bathroom. It has two bedrooms - one has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a couch for one person, as well as a folding armchair if needed. The total sleeping capacity is - 6. The building is covered by a Wi-Fi signal, and guests are provided with parking inside the property.
