The house with a pool - Krčedin is located on a spacious plot of 15 ares, in a peaceful environment that provides ideal conditions for rest, socializing and organizing private celebrations. Only 40 km from Belgrade and 35 km from Novi Sad, it is an excellent choice for a weekend getaway from the city and enjoying nature.
The 120 m² house has three comfortable bedrooms and provides accommodation for 6 to 8 people. There is one double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm, two single beds measuring 90 × 200 cm and two duplex beds measuring 120 cm wide, which makes the accommodation suitable for both families and groups of friends. During the day, the space can host up to 20 people, making it an excellent choice for celebrations, birthdays, family gatherings and other private gatherings.
A large covered terrace is connected to the landscaped yard and swimming pool, creating a pleasant environment for rest and outdoor living. Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, air conditioning and numerous amenities that allow for a carefree stay. The spacious yard provides enough space for relaxation, recreation and outdoor food preparation, while a large private parking lot allows easy arrival of a large number of guests.
