This detached property on 8 hectares, only ~40 minutes from Belgrade, represents the perfect combination of relaxation, sports activities and a rural atmosphere - ideal for family vacations, gatherings and celebrations.
The villa was transformed from a family home into a luxury complex with numerous facilities for entertainment and relaxation. Spacious lawns, a sumptuous garden, exotic vegetation and the scent of flowers create an ambiance that enchants from the first moment. The property has a swimming pool, a grass volleyball court, a small grass soccer field, table tennis, two fireplaces and a tropical bar - all for the enjoyment of both children and adults. Traditional details and rustic elements add warmth and charm to the ambiance, while you can rest on a stump, a hay bale, a stone or a comfortable chair on the terrace.
House Jeremic is the perfect place for organizing celebrations, birthdays, family gatherings, team building or private events with the help of the host. In the summer period, it can host up to 70 guests outdoors, while in the winter period, in the closed part, it provides comfort for about 40 people.
For gourmets, the villa has everything needed for food preparation - grill, kettle, oven and additional equipment for culinary delights. On request, it is possible to organize a complete outdoor party, with food, drinks and music - all that's left is for you to enjoy.
The cottage within the property offers accommodation for 10 people, with several bathrooms and toilets. There are two toilets downstairs and one bathroom upstairs, and there are also 2 toilets next to the pool. The complex is pet-friendly, so enjoying with pets is not a problem.

No jumping into the pool is allowed. It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool. Bringing glass, food and drinks into the pool is prohibited.
