Kosmaj Escape is a villa intended for everyone who wants to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the peace of nature, while remaining only a thirty-minute drive from Belgrade and a few minutes from Mladenovac. Located in a beautiful setting at the foot of Kosmaj, the villa offers a unique combination of comfort, privacy and natural surroundings, with a wonderful view of Kosmaj, Avala and the surrounding Šumadija countryside.
The spacious and carefully decorated interior exudes warmth and a pleasant atmosphere. The large living room, decorated in natural materials, gives the feeling of a mountain vacation and is an ideal place for socializing and relaxing. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms. 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with 2 single beds and can accommodate up to 10 people, with the possibility of using 4 places to sleep in the living room, which makes it an excellent choice for family gatherings, weekend vacations with friends or smaller celebrations.
A special experience is provided by a spacious yard with carefully tended greenery, a large swimming pool with salt water (9 x 4 m) and a spacious sunny terrace intended for enjoyment during warm days. Guests have access to an outdoor dining area, a food preparation area, as well as numerous recreational and entertainment facilities, including a table tennis table, a volleyball court and a five-a-side soccer field. The spacious yard provides enough space for rest, play and enjoying nature.
