This spacious property is located in Banstol, only ~20 minutes from the center of Novi Sad, or ~1 hour from the direction of Belgrade.
A stone oasis - Banstol is on the "green" rampart of the Fruška Gora National Park, at a place where the width of the horizon in front of you stretches out. The very arrangement of the property makes it possible to feel the beauty of a vacation outside the city from the moment you enter the plot, all the way to the end of the cottage's yard. The first view of this estate through paths made of crushed stone is a modern swimming pool with a crystal bed, which, in addition to the main part, also has a jacuzzi area and a pool for the youngest. On the plateau surrounding the pool, guests can relax on deckchairs and sunbathe directly under the open sky. And when you need shade, or the weather doesn't allow high temperatures, the ideal corner to enjoy is an authentic indoor summer house in stone and wooden elements. Inside this room there is a private hall with large tables, chairs and benches as well as a bar element. There are also refrigerated display cases, which are important during gatherings or celebrations - because here you can store your drinks and groceries. Apart from this room, there is also another summer house with barbecue elements in the open air, next to the guest house itself, where a large number of guests can also stay in one place.
The facility is an ideal choice for family vacations, it is suitable for celebrations and events under your direction, gatherings with colleagues from the company, and during the day stay it can host up to 40 people.
The house is on two levels and is modernly equipped for a longer or shorter stay. It has a living room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom, as well as two bedrooms. There are two double beds in the bedrooms, while in the living room there is an auxiliary sofa suitable for two people. The total sleeping capacity is -6. The facility is covered by a Wi-Fi signal and has TV facilities. There is a separate terrace on the first floor of the house, while in front of the entrance to the building there is also a part intended for drinking the first morning coffee.
