This wonderful natural oasis is just a 25-minute drive from Slavija Square. It's easy to get to us, whether you're taking the highway (turning off at RK Ikea) or the old Avala road.
The house is located in a perfect position at 400m above sea level, from which there is an incredibly beautiful view full of greenery and you can also see Mount Kosmaj. We guarantee the most beautiful sunsets, and you can watch them from the large pool that adorns our yard. The pool is well maintained and always perfectly clean. In the yard there is also a brick grill, kettle, table tennis, badminton, basketball court for your enjoyment and there is also our lovely corner popularly called Beer You and Me - a covered summer house by the pool where you will spend your good times. The water in the pool is heated to 29 degrees.
The house consists of two levels, the first level is a living room, which includes a sofa bed that can sleep two people, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen. On the second level there are two bedrooms and a foyer, in one bedroom there is a double bed with a wonderful view of the pool, wooded areas and Kosmaj. There are two single beds in the second room. In the foyer there is a sofa bed that can be used for sleeping for 2 people. Also something on the second level that you will fall in love with is the large balcony with a perfect view. The total sleeping capacity is 8 beds.
We have enough parking spaces in front of the building, and there is the possibility to park a certain number of vehicles in the yard itself, which is completely fenced and has a large gate. The parking lot is illuminated.
A set of escajg, glasses, and plates are available to guests. We have stable Wi-Fi. There is also a music line with a sound system that you can connect to with an AUX cable. The house is also equipped with a washing machine.
The house itself is located in a wonderful location, rich in nature and a special wind rose, enjoy the clean air. Lake Trešnja as well as Mount Avala with all its facilities can be found in the surroundings. Also, another "Belgrade" mountain, Kosmaj, is only 15 km away. Although it will seem to you that you are in a total natural oasis, the nearest store is only 500 meters away.
