Do you want to spend a pleasant summer day with your family and friends on the glades of Fruška Gora? Hacienda - Fruška Gora is a large estate with a holiday house on the slopes of this mountain, only 20 minutes from Novi Sad and 50 minutes from Belgrade.

Guests have at their disposal a hectare of nature, i.e. the entire clearing of Fruška Gora, which is fenced and secured, so that peace, rest and privacy are guaranteed. With a view of the forest, you will feel reborn in the mountain air. It also has fields that can be used for sports.

By renting a Hacienda, you are not renting a cottage, but an entire complex in total privacy, since the building is surrounded only by nature and not by other houses. The complex consists of the main house in which there is a living room and a sleeping block, an ethno object for celebrations, an object with a kitchen, a bar, a storage area and toilets, and a spacious yard where up to 7 people can stay. The holiday house, measuring 65 square meters, is new and modernly equipped. The house itself contains a gallery, a large balcony, and a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. On the first level there is a large living room and a small kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. In the gallery there is a large double bed for 2 people and one single. The total number of sleeping places is 5.

For the rental of a larger number of people, the building has 1 apartment with 6 beds: a double bed, a two-seater and a three-seater.

The main asset of the Hacienda is the central part of the property. It has a 60 square meter facility suitable for organizing a celebration in an ethnic style. The courtyard part contains enough places for sitting, playing, music. Behind the building there is a prefab swimming pool and a lot of facilities for children, small tents, tables and chairs, sand, swings, soccer balls, sauna, etc. In addition to the facility for celebrations, a separate facility was also built in ethnic style with a kitchen, men's and women's toilets, food and drink storage and a room for washing and ironing, i.e. everything that is necessary to support your celebration in beautiful nature with friends or family. There is also a grill and a kettle, so you can easily prepare meals for your loved ones.

The cottage has cable TV and Wi-Fi with a good signal. In addition, there is a surround sound system that can be taken outside if necessary. A bluetooth speaker is also available at the facility.

In winter there is a jacuzzi to complete the stay.

When it comes to celebrations, renting means renting the entire property with space for celebrations without the house.
When it comes to vacation, renting means renting a house without an apartment with other contents on the property.

In the area

The property is an excellent starting point for visiting the nearby Fruška Gora National Park, the famous Krušedol and Velika Remeta monasteries, as well as the beautiful Sremski Karlovac. Since Novi Sad is only 20 minutes away, you can easily visit it and enjoy the night life of this beautiful Vojvodina city.

Live music is allowed in the facility until 01 p.m.
During the winter season, the maximum capacity is 15 people.
The facility is rented out exclusively to guests 23+.
