We present to you a unique business facility for rent, located on the very bank of the Danube in Veliki Gradište, only an hour and fifteen minutes' drive from Belgrade. This exclusive space is designed for companies and organizations that are looking for a superior environment for work, strategic thinking and team bonding, but also for those who want to mark their important moments in a private and representative environment.

The facility covers 600 m² of modernly designed space spread over two levels, with large glass surfaces that provide an unobstructed view of the Danube and plenty of natural light. The ambience is elegant, professional and at the same time relaxing, with the possibility of adapting the space to different types of events - from meetings and workshops, through team building programs, internal trainings and executive sessions, to business planning and private formal celebrations.

Special emphasis is placed on privacy and functionality, with a high level of equipment that enables smooth work and complete concentration. The interior capacity of the space is adapted for up to 50 people, while the exterior offers the possibility of organizing outdoor events for up to 100 guests, with an impressive ambience of the river and nature.

Accommodation capacity is also provided within the facility, with five comfortable rooms equipped with double beds, as well as one additional room with two single beds, suitable for children or additional guests. This combination of business functionality, luxury and natural surroundings makes the facility an ideal choice for those who want more than a classic office space.

Important to know

The facility is primarily intended for renting out for business purposes, celebrations, team building, executive meetings, and then private celebrations. The lease can be executed by a company or a private person over 25 years old, and the owner reserves the right to accept or reject the client by personal decision in accordance with the description of needs.
Children under the age of 25 are not allowed to stay without their parents.
Live music is allowed according to house rules.
The use of the indoor heated pool is charged an additional €300.
It is possible to organize catering and van transport to the facility as well as for excursions.
