Welcome to the Etno Pool House Nemenikuće, a house with a swimming pool located in the beautiful natural surroundings of Nemenikuće, with a view of Mount Kosmaj. The house is an ideal destination for anyone who wants to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy peace and quiet.

The spacious house of 120 m² offers accommodation on two floors with several spacious and homely furnished rooms that provide maximum comfort and privacy. A journey through the past in an old ethnic house offers a unique experience of life more than 200 years ago. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances and dishes, including a coffee machine, wine fridge, ice maker, fridge freezer, electric stove and Smederevac. There is also a dining room with a dining table. The spacious living room on both floors is equipped with comfortable furniture for relaxing and socializing, as well as Wi-Fi, Total TV, fireplace, inverter air conditioner and plasma TV.

The facility has a private swimming pool measuring 8x4 meters, 110-200 cm deep, with a beautiful view of Kosmaj, a spacious 200 m² beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, a water polo goal for water polo lovers, as well as a poolside bar with refrigerated display cases for enjoying refreshing drinks. The large yard with green areas is ideal for outdoor games, barbecuing and enjoying the fresh air, and a spoon, skewer and grill are available for preparing delicious meals in the traditional way. The facility has video surveillance that covers the entire property, providing an additional sense of security, as well as a parking area with covered spaces for three vehicles and open parking for about 20 vehicles.

A large house with an area of ​​120 m2 consists of a ground floor and a first floor:
- The ground floor contains a kitchen, rest room, dining room, bathroom, Wi-Fi, total TV, plasma TV, Smederevac, refrigerator, induction hob, hot water, coffee machine, microwave oven, ice maker, wine fridge, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, electric stove and corner sofa bed for a maximum of two people.
The upper floor contains a bedroom, a dining room with a dining table for six people, one double bed, a large corner sofa bed that can sleep two people, as well as an additional bed upstairs, a bathroom, a kitchenette, inverter air conditioning, an alpha fireplace, Wi-Fi, Total TV, a plasma TV, a small refrigerator and an induction hob. There are two-seaters and three-seaters, so the total overnight capacity is 9 people.

This is an ethnic house with a dining table for six people, a fireplace, a sofa bed and a water tap. It is 45 minutes away from Belgrade, with a large yard, a swimming pool 8x4 meters with a depth of 110-200 cm, covered parking for three vehicles and open parking for 20 vehicles. The gate opens remotely, there is a video intercom and a pedestrian entrance at the gate. The entire property is covered by surveillance cameras, eight in total. Around the pool there is a bar, a pizza and bread oven, a grill, a spit, a wet knot, two refrigerated display cases, 200m² of beach, a changing room, sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also an outdoor toilet and shower. The property has an orchard with 15-20 bunches of grapes and 15 types of different fruit trees.

Important to know

It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into the pool.
After using the grill, it is mandatory to turn off the fire.
When it comes to daily rent, it is possible to use the ground floor of the house, bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining room, swimming pool, deckchairs, umbrellas, barbecue and other accompanying facilities.
Live music is allowed.
Those under the age of 21 are not allowed to stay without their parents.
