Villa Eagle's Nest is a beautiful retreat located 30 km from the center of Belgrade in South Banat. Located next to the peaceful Saran Lake, this complex offers a wide range of facilities and activities, making it an ideal place for celebrations, recreational and sports events, team building activities or simply a relaxing vacation with family and friends.

The villa itself has several bedrooms, each of which is equipped with its own bathroom, which ensures guests privacy and comfort. In addition, there is a spacious living room and terraces with stunning views of the lake. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

Bedroom 1: One double bed and three single beds
Bedroom 2: One double bed, one single bed and a sofa bed
Bedroom 3: Two single beds
Bedroom 4: Two single beds
Bedroom 5: One double bed
Living room: Sofa bed

The surroundings of the villa are decorated with a spacious green yard in which there is a tennis court with a hard surface. This offers an opportunity for sports enthusiasts to engage in a friendly match. In addition, the lake, which has a pebble beach that allows guests to enjoy swimming during the summer months. If you prefer a more leisurely experience, recreational fishing for carp, bigeye, whitefish and other species is also available. The lake is perfect for water activities such as kayaking, canoeing and even hang-gliding.

If you need additional space or amenities, there is a restaurant just 200 meters from the villa. By special arrangement, the restaurant can be rented and offers complete catering furniture for up to 80 people. With its charming garden and proximity to the pond, the restaurant space is suitable for smaller weddings, baptisms and similar events.

It is worth noting that all celebrations at Villa Eagle's Nest are allowed without any restrictions, giving you the freedom to fully enjoy your special occasions. Whether you're looking for an active holiday, a quiet retreat or an unforgettable event venue. Eagle's Nest Villa offers a range of amenities and a picturesque setting to create lasting memories.

You can also rent a restaurant that has a total of 80 seats, 40 on both floors, while it can accommodate up to 100 people.
